What happens when a household is approvable
Rentzap emails you the household's evaluation report and and updates the household status to Approvable
Rentzap emails the household that they are approvable and first in line and let's them know you will reach out to them
You will review the evaluation report and reach out to the primary applicant with your next steps to pay and sign the lease
