Eligibility Requirements
This page describes the eligibility requirements necessary to join Rentzap as a property manager
Rentzap is only available to professional property managers
You currently must meet one of the following requirements to be considered "professional":
You are a licensed real estate agent or broker involved in activities of property management and/or leasing and have a minimum of 50 units
You are an owner/investor who manages your own properties full time and has a minimum of 50 units
If you do not meet these requirements, please reach out to us and let us know. Depending on your circumstance we may be able to find a way to work with you.
For example, we regularly pair owners interested in using our service with professional property managers.
You must agree to the following:

Agree to uphold our Fair Housing commitment and ethics policy
